| Parent of Teens Roundtable Meetings: Info |
POTR (pronounced POTTER) Meetings Are Here!
Next Meeting: POTR is not meeting in January
Where: CCF Sarver Campus Date: POTR will not be meeting in January
POTR meetings are a way for The Spring to support parents in their journey of parenting teens. This is a roundtable group that is open to anyone who is parenting a teen, whose children are about to be teens, or those who have raised teens (And made it out alive!). Each month we will look at a particular topic and discuss how this affects our students lives. The time is designed for parents to have a place where they can share in their journey, be encouraged and empowered, and have a few laughs along the way. We will also spend time supporting one another in prayer. Please feel free to come and join in on the fun!
P.S. Check out the new POTR Blog!

teenCARE seeks to equip parents to effectively encourage and direct their teen's decision for sexual abstinence until marriage. Parent Awareness and Training Program is available for any community, school or church. The program discusses findings on teenage sexuality and social behaviors, including: alcohol use; understanding pressures influencing our children and consequences of teen sexual activity. Parents learn 10 steps to help teens choose abstinence and build refusal skills. There is additional information on the teenCARE page.
For more information on teenCARE, call 724.545.2824 and speak with a Life Choices rep about this educational program.
